Every consumer who places their first order is eligible for one (1) 50-night trial for the mattresses. The same customer will be regarded as placing all orders made with the same credit card, PayPal account, email address, billing address, and shipping address. If you're unsure whether your order is eligible for the Payless Furniture 50 Night Trial, get in touch with our customer service department, and they will decide.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. If you request our pickup service there will be a $49 + tax Pickup fee deducted from your refund. 

A consumer is ineligible for another trial of the same product after making a return during their 50-night trial. The 50 Night Trial cannot be exchanged, and proof of purchase is necessary for any returns. The 50 Night Trial is not applicable to any other Payless Furniture items or items purchased through a third-party website or service provider.
